This is for the woman who feels alone in the middle of her own life - holding all the stuff and all the things, struggling to be received in a world that doesn't quite get her. Here, you get to be the focus. Nobody to look after, no feelings to mind, no right opinion to have. Someone in your corner who sees you, your situation and your experience with unconditional positive regard, reflects it back to you, and holds your hand while you do the work that is yours to do.

There is no curriculum and no homework - unless you want it! We work with what is alive for you each time we sit - clarity, a decision, a challenge, a next step, the cards, or somewhere safe enough to say the thing properly.

You will be held with formidable compassion. No problem too big, too small or too scary; no flight of fancy too wild to be welcomed. To get to the light you have to go through the dark - and we will, when it is time - but we don't dwell there. We come back up with what we found, and we fix what we can: small adjustments - simple, not always easy - one next step at a time. You are not alone, and you don't have to do it alone.

Sometimes being seen and heard makes all the difference in the world. Then comes the part where the magic happens - seeing yourself as the divine being you truly are. Not the selfish place people warn you about; the most abundant, overflowing, happy place there is. The sittings are for reinstalling your faith in the universe and your trust in yourself. We get into your personal operating system, and your life upgrades as a result.

How it begins

Every Lighthouse begins with Bedrock - one 90-minute sitting, £142, taken on its own. It is where we get a real sense of who you are, what is calling you, and whether the Lighthouse is your next right step. If you keep going, Bedrock is what we build upon. The seven sittings that follow can be weekly, completing the Lighthouse inside two months, or fortnightly, completing it inside four. You choose the pace at the start, and we keep to it.
